Both of us have many years experience working in arts and culture - in local authorities, for charities, with the public and voluntary sector, in managerial positions and front-line roles.  We have devised and initiated projects, provided advice to artists, mentored emerging creatives through West Midlands mentoring schemes, trained whole departments, raised funds (over £1million), evaluated programmes and much more.
